Well, do you think the title that I made this time sounds a little strange? yes, I deliberately make it sounds like it. Then what will you get by reading this article? If you are a new blog writer who wants to write a guide or tips on your blog but was confused how should you do, read this article until the end then you will understand how. If you are a master, it never hurts to read some other informations, who knows you will find a new idea in it.

Some important points in writing a good guide or tips are as follows:
  • Use simple and clear language.
  • Include the supporting images,  screenshot or examples if needed.
  • Write the most important points only.
  • Avoid marketing language.
I have written the important points in writing a guide or tips content. Then what kind of format that you can apply in your content? I give several examples like the following:

Marketing language which is meant here is to add comments and information that is not necessary. Remember to always use language that is simple and clear as the first point I mention above. Using long marketing language would decrease the value of the information contained in your article.

Combined Point only and paragraphs.
What is meant here is, add an explanatory paragraph on a particular point that you think need further explanation.

In writing a guide, sometimes there are also some parts of it that you can not include or require further explanation. If you find another site or a book that provide more detailed explanation for the specific topic, then briefly describe it as references. Wikipedia is one example of site that contains various information that you can use as reference.
